The license

Buying Zumbo gives you a perpetual license to run the app: one Mac for the single license, up to three Macs for the multi-Mac license. It is not a subscription. There is no renewal and no recurring charge.

Updates

Free updates to Zumbo are included for as long as you hold a valid license, with no separate charge for new versions.

Trial

Zumbo offers a 3-day free trial with every feature unlocked. No account or payment method is required to start it.

Payment and refunds

Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, who handles billing, tax, and the transaction. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase through Dodo Payments.

Add-ons

Meeting mode's speaker-labels model is an optional, free add-on download inside the app. It is not sold separately and is not covered by a separate license.

Acceptable use

Zumbo is for your own dictation and note-taking. Do not use it to record other people without their knowledge where that is required by law in your jurisdiction, including during Meeting mode.

Warranty

Zumbo is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but transcription is not guaranteed to be error-free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
